Inner Space Techniques
Emotional Healing with Metaphysical Dimension
Inner Space Techniques are tools for self-exploration and emotional and energetic healing, based on the "inner space" of meditation.
When you are guided into a meditation space in an IST session, you move beyond your ordinary chatty mind into deeper levels of your consciousness. At this level, you access not only the sources of your issues, but also your inner self, the core part of you that is beyond emotional wounds, family patterns, etc.
Being in contact with these deeper aspects of yourself allows you to see, feel and understand your emotional blocks and belief systems at their source. This is not just a mental understanding but a paradigm-shifting global awareness that facilitates openings and realizations that profoundly transform your experience of yourself and your life.
Your paradigms shift. Your wounds heal. You realize at a fundamental level who you are beyond your issues.
This process sounds simple, but it facilitates real change.
As you release old wounds and pent-up emotions, sessions can be cathartic, with tears, anger or belly-shaking laughter. They can also be profoundly simple and quiet, where you experience immense peace and calm.
The focus is on clarity and healing, bringing you to a greater sense of freedom, self-knowledge and empowerment.
The techniques consist of:
Guided restorative practices,
Energetic clearing processes,
