Sessions with Alison

Rock Maze

Inner Peace Breakthrough

I offer a free gift - an Inner Peace Breakthrough Session for 30 minutes on the phone.

Along with your self-discovery, this phone call allows us to gain a sense of each other and provides a valuable opportunity to see if we are a fit to work together.

Online

75 minute session or series of sessions with me online. Usually I work with someone once a week for a phase of 3-12 months, but there really is no limit if you want to dive deep and you have time. This work is powerful and profound.

In Person

I have a lovely office in Berkeley close to the Ashby exit, where I offer 90 minute in-person sessions. These sessions are masked and socially distanced if required.

Working with Alison

Inner Space Techniques

Using a simple meditation technique, I will guide you through self-exploration toward emotional and energetic healing. Together we will discover both the source of your issues (which is often a cathartic relief), and also the part of yourself which is beyond your emotional wounds and patterns. The part of you that feels easy, normal, "right", comfortable, peaceful and free, without effort, without trying. Simply, you.

Walking towards our wounds is not for the faint hearted. But on the other side, our light is also revealed.

During a session you may experience tears of grief or rage, fear, frustration, freedom and power, bubbling joy and laughter, or silent realizations that bring immense inner peace. The changes which occur during sessions are foundational: Your paradigms shift. Your wounds heal. And you will realize at a fundamental level who you are beyond your issues.

My mission is to help you overcome a range of emotional problems, from anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and negative thinking, to unhealthy relationship patterns, blocked sexuality or creativity, or old emotional wounds.

There is an effortless ease and confidence that begins to emerge through this work.

"For a seed to achieve its greatest expression, it must come completely undone. The shell cracks, the insides come out, and everything changes. To someone who doesn't understand growth, it would look like complete destruction." - Cynthia Occelli
